Fleet: Private motor yachts 80’–120’ based in the Pacific Northwest
Schedule: Rotational with established alternates (varies by vessel/role)
Cruising Areas:
* Summer: Washington • British Columbia • Alaska
* Winter: Mexico (Baja & Sea of Cortez)
Compensation: DOE by position + travel where applicable
We’re building a standing roster of professional yacht crew for multiple Northwest-based vessels. This is a rotational program with paired alternates designed to provide continuity for owners and sustainable work/life balance for crew. Off-season, additional paid contract work is available with a reputable Seattle-area boatyard to keep hours up and deepen hands-on systems experience.

Open Roles & High-Level Responsibilities
Captain
* Safe navigation, compliance, logs, and budget oversight
* Trip planning in remote PNW/Alaska and Mexico; tender ops; risk management
* Vendor/yard coordination; crew leadership; guest service standards
Preferred: USCG Master 100–200 GRT or MCA <200 GT, STCW, clean record, Alaska/Mexico experience.


Mate
* Bridge support, watchstanding, nav prep, docking/anchoring
* Deck leadership, safety drills, tender driving, activity setup (fishing, toys)
Preferred: STCW, small-craft handling, line-handling confidence.


Deckhand
* Exterior detailing and maintenance, lines/fenders, tender/toy ops
* Support fishing and watersports days; basic watchstanding
Preferred: STCW, Powerboat Level 2 or equivalent a plus.


Steward/Stewardess
* Guest service, table settings, housekeeping, cabin/laundry care
* Barista/cocktails, wine service; assist with provisioning and events
Preferred: Luxury hospitality background; WSET or mixology a plus.


Chef
* Seasonal menus highlighting PNW/Alaska and Mexico ingredients
* Dietary accommodations; provisioning in remote ports; galley hygiene
Preferred: Fine-dining or high-end yacht experience; pastry a plus.

Engineer
* Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting (electrical/MEP/HVAC/watermakers)
* Planned yard periods; inventory/spares; CMMS/record-keeping
Preferred: AEC/MEOL or equivalent, STCW; strong diagnostic mindset.

We’re seeking an experienced, professional husband & wife (or established couple) team to lead a premium private yacht program with a strong emphasis on elevated culinary experiences, world-class fishing, and active watersports. This is a hands-on, guest-forward role for a couple who thrive in remote cruising grounds and deliver five-star service with seamless operations.

The Roles
Captain (Required: 200-ton license)

Core responsibilities
Safe navigation, voyage planning, and watchstanding throughout the BC Inside Passage and surrounding PNW waters
Manage vessel operations, maintenance scheduling, and compliance; keep logs and budgets current
Lead tender ops, anchoring, mooring, and remote anchorage best practices
Run an active program: coordinate fishing days, watersports, and scenic excursions
Vendor, yard, and service coordination; oversee safety drills and crew training
Professional, calm guest interaction; set service tone for the program

Qualifications
USCG Master 200 GRT (or MCA Master <200 GT) with STCW; clean record
Proven command experience on premium private yachts in similar cruising grounds
Strong tender handling, near-coastal navigation, and remote provisioning planning
Working knowledge of yacht systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, watermakers, electronics)
Current passport; able to travel to/within Canada

Chef
Core responsibilities
Design and execute refined, seasonal menus highlighting regional BC/PNW ingredients
Daily breakfast/lunch/dinner service; creative snacks, canapés, and desserts
Dietary accommodation and menu planning for variable guest counts
Provisioning and inventory in remote areas; cost control and waste minimization
Maintain galley sanitation standards and pristine presentation

Qualifications
Background in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-end private yacht cheffing
Strong plating, pastry or dessert competency a plus
Wine pairing knowledge; bar program basics and craft cocktails a plus
Organized, calm under pressure, excellent guest rapport


Couple/Team Expectations
Polished service ethos and discretion; proactive “no-surprises” communication
Comfortable running an active itinerary with fishing, crabbing, paddle sports, and tow-toys
Fit, safety-minded, and confident in remote operations and changing weather

We are looking for an Entry Level Maintenance Technician/Deck Hand to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of equipment and systems as well as waxing and washing large vessels. 

This position requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate is interested in the marine industry or a related field, will be comfortable working with tools and machinery and is excited to spend the day outside on the water.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment - training provided.

  • Wax/Wash large vessels - training provided.

  • Inspect equipment and systems - training provided.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

  • Follow safety protocols and regulations when working with hazardous materials.

  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
