High End Chef -100’ Northwest-Based Program
Job Description: Summer 2027 Cruising Season Chef aboard a professionally operated 100' private motor yacht based in the Pacific Northwest, cruising Washington, British Columbia, and Alaska.
Seeking a highly skilled, professional chef with fine-dining, private chef, or high-end yacht experience. Strong menu development, presentation, and execution are essential; pastry experience is a plus. The Chef will create seasonal, elevated menus highlighting fresh Pacific Northwest and Alaska ingredients, accommodate guest dietary preferences and restrictions, and manage provisioning—including planning and sourcing for extended cruising in remote locations.
This is a hands-on crew position beyond the galley. In addition to culinary responsibilities, the Chef will assist the Captain and designated Stew/Deckhand with vessel operations as needed, including docking and line handling, tender operations, fishing activities, guest excursions, and general boating duties. Candidates should be comfortable working as part of a small, collaborative crew where everyone pitches in.
